Their relationship blossoms, but when trouble arises, Becky has to decide if she can trust Dean enough to help her, or if she's better off alone. Dean would do anything for the woman he loves, but first he has to find her.
FROZEN HEARTS (#3)
Working as a camper operator for a hard-nosed producer isn't all fun and games. Kina is seriously thinking about making this reality show her last. She's known as being 'cold-as-ice' when it comes to men, which is appropriate since they're filming in Alaska. Before she can figure out what she wants to do with her life she had to make it through this show.
The Alaskan reality show is Jonathan's last gig before he goes to work in security with his brother. The shoot would be completely miserable except for the fact that the one woman in the world who is meant to be his is also a camera operator on the show.
Fighting boredom and drama within the crew, hiking across glaciers, and camping in the Alaskan wilderness isn't as safe as it seems on television. An injury on the set will either bring Jonathan and Kina together, or tear them apart for good.

If you like reality shows then this set is for you! Have not finished yet - have read 2 out of 3 and I really think Flaming Hearts is going to be my favorite. I love the concept of "the one"! That one person you meet & you just know...that's it, you've just met the one person you're meant to spend the rest of your life with. It's silly, romantic, charming & never goes off as planned!All Susan's female characters are fierce and independent. They're also comfortable in their own skin. The men are hot looking alpha males but aren't too over the top with the machismo.
Books like this give regular girls like us some hope that there are good guys out there. I was lucky enough to find my "one" And even after 20+ yrs he makes me giggle every day.
This is a feel good box set and you should read it!

A great captivating read!
This NC17 Stoker book series is a refreshing change. These amazing stories have all the action, drama, passion, and suspense but without all the in-your-face sexual activity. Sometimes it's good to let your imagination full in those blanks!
I'm a big fan of Susan Stoker's military books. This was different non-military people who are participating in reality dating TV programs. I enjoyed the storylines, characters, and the fact there was romance without a lot of sex (unlike the military romance books). Ms. Stoker can be relied upon to deliver stories and characters that capture the reader.
I enjoyed the first in the series. The second got a little annoying with the repetition of the One and that kinda ran over with the last in the series. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy romances and other Stoker books, but this was just too sickly, sweet for me. The constant repetiveness of words and phrases just irked me.
I'd recommend getting the first in the series as a stand alone instead of the 3 book bundle, but it all depends on your own reading tastes.
Might I just say that I have resisted reading this series, even though I thoroughly enjoy all of her books. The reason for this is that I don't like reality shows so I was under the impression I would not enjoy this book. I couldn't have been more wrong. The Story of Al and Sammi is awesome. Please take a chance and give this series a chance. You won't regret it.
s always Susan hits this out of the park. I am not a big fan of the reality shows Bachelor or Bachlorette...always saying they need "real" people on them..not skinny little things who simper and cry and put the women's movement back 100 years! These stories were awesome and real. I would highly recommend them for a good read in front of a warm fire! Only thing that would make them even better are women with less of what is deemed by some to be the perfect body...those of us who have overcome breast cancer or any type of cancer and come out the other side. Cudos to Susan AGAIN for writing compelling stories that you just can't put down!
This series is wonderful! Outback Hearts was delightful, a bit mellow after reading Susan's other work, but very well written, and had good feels and, of course, a hot Alpha male. Flaming Hearts stepped it up a notch, the story moved well, Becky was relatable, and about the time I thought I had it figured out who would be coupled up, I find out I was completely wrong which is probably one of the reason I loved it so much because I rarely get surprised when I'm reading. More hot Alpha male, but he's more intense, not one to back down or give up on what he wants. When I got to Frozen Hearts, I couldn't wait to learn Kina's story and Susan didn't disappoint! Add in the Alpha male's family legacy, and I was hooked before I started! Again, Kina is relatable and the feels are heart melting!
